Nominations will be open until November 1^st 2009. To nominate simply fill out the form below. Anyone working within the iGaming Affiliate industry can submit nominations to the iGB Affiliate Awards whether nominating themself/their organisation or on behalf of an individual/organisation.

However, please be aware that although you may submit nominations for as many categories as you wish, you will only be allowed to submit your nominations once and only one entry per category - so choose wisely!
