Once nominations have closed on Monday 25th October, the judging and voting process will commence. Depending on the Award, there will be two slightly different processes in order to decide a winner – voted for and judged.

The following Awards will be voted for:

• Best Affiliate Manager
• Best Affiliate Program
• Best Affiliate Network
• Best iGaming Community
• Best Newcomer: Operator
• Best Newcomer: Affiliate
• Best Payment System

Upon the close of nominations, online voting for these Awards will begin. Voting will be open between 1st November and 13th December 2010. During this time, anyone can vote, however you will only be able to submit one vote per Award category.

Once voting has closed on Monday 13th December 2010, the ten entrants per category with the greatest number of votes will be examined by the judging panel who will evaluate each short listed nomination against the judging criteria in order to select the final winner.

The following Awards will be judged:

• Best Poker Affiliate
• Best Sports Betting Affiliate
• Best Bingo Affiliate
• Best Non-Traditional Affiliate
• Best Overall Affiliate
• Best Innovation in the iGaming Affiliate Industry

The judging process is a rigorous and thorough procedure - each nomination will be considered upon their initial nomination entry (their answer to “Why You Should Win”) and evaluated against the judging criteria.

Each judging panel will consist of four to five independent experts to ensure that the integrity of the Awards are upheld, all entries get full consideration and that the right winners are chosen. We will be inviting specific experts according to the judging criteria of each Award to give their expert opinion on chosen areas, for example landing page professionals, SEO gurus, branding experts.
